Change of Mind Returns

If a customer wishes to return a product that is not defective, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • A handling/restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Returned products may be inspected before a refund is processed.

6. Warranty

Kyros gaming chairs are covered by a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty is in addition to consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Promotions and Competitions

From time to time Kyros may run promotions, competitions, or special offers.

These promotions may have additional terms and conditions which will apply alongside these Terms.

All promotions will comply with applicable South African laws governing promotional competitions.
