Before you Buy

The ideal position for sitting is when your legs are fully touching the ground  while you are positioned with your back and the rest of your body at the furthest point possible of the chair. Send us a message if you’re unsure and we’ll do our best to advise a size.

Our models are the Knight and King series.

Kyros Knight features a greater volume of high quality foam for even more cushioning and support. The Knight features a 3D armrest, reclining feature, PU headrest and lumbar support in addition to the Prince’s features in a unique gamer design.

Kyros King is the ultimate package with a memory foam velour headrest, 4D armrests for greater adjust-ability, and features an integrated adjustable lumbar support system. The King also comes with PU caster wheels and a class 4 hydraulic piston which enables smoother gliding,  increased sturdiness and enhanced durability. 

Depending on the ratio of your upper body and lower body, the exact height requirements do vary depending on the person.

The King series has a larger range of motion on the neck pillow, the Knight series is often favored by smaller people.

Yes! All our chairs include the pillows seen in the product images. We won’t cheap out on you.

Orders and Payment

We only use safe and secure methods of payment. These include PayFast, Ozow (Instant EFT) and Direct Bank Transfer. Additional payment methods will be available soon.

As soon as your order has been confirmed and the payment has cleared – which usually takes about 1-3 days depending which bank you are depositing from – you will be notified of your shipping status and ETA via email.

Shipping

We currently offer two methods of shipping, Local collection and National Courier service.

You may wish to arrange your own courier or contact us for more delivery options.

Our Door-to-door Courier service is a flat rate of R250 for all orders in Gauteng. For orders outside Gauteng you will have to arrange a courier or contact us regarding rates for your address.

Once the order has been confirmed and we have received the payment we will begin to deliver it to your delivery address which will take an estimate of 3-5 days, depending on which delivery option you have chosen and distance from our warehouse. 

We ship to anywhere in South Africa. Gauteng by our courier service. Areas outside Gauteng will incur additional courier charges.

Please note: Proof of payment and your Order number is required for collection. No goods will be available for collection unless the funds have cleared in our account, this may take up to 48 hours depending on your bank.

Waranty, return and refund

Our 1 year warranty covers all functional components of the chair and wear and tear of the PU Leather.

If you encounter a problem that is in agreement with our warranty on our chairs please do not hesitate to email us regarding the issue and we will try our best to fix it. Replacement parts will be provided with free shipping to you in this case.

Any damage done to the chair which is caused by misuse is not covered by our warranty. (Misuse includes, but is not limited to: Standing/jumping on the chair, placing weight above the recommended on the seat, and modifying the chair.)

Please note that the correct chair must be selected for your size in order for warranty to apply. Please see the dimensions of the chair in the product page to determine a good fit for your height and weight.

If it is due to issues with the chair we will provide support at our local warehouse in Midrand. Please contact us to arrange a return or refund.

If it is due to you not wanting the chair once received, you will have to pack it into the original packaging and arrange to drop it off in our Midrand warehouse. A fee of 20% will be charged and you will have to pay shipping back to our warehouse. This will only apply from 30 days of purchase.

Please note: we do not collect unwanted items, it must be brought back to the warehouse to be processed.

If you wish to receive a refund on an unwanted chair, you will be charged a fee of 20% of the original amount and you will be responsible for shipping back to our warehouse. This will only apply to chairs bought within a 30 day period.

Should the chair be unopened and unused, a 100% refund will apply.

Kyros was founded by two brothers who weren’t satisfied with the current quality and design of gaming chairs in SA. Cheap materials and faulty mechanisms are common in commercial gaming chairs. Our first priority is your comfort and making sure you get a gaming chair well worth your hard-earned bucks.
